Or make a raft on the day, and race it. Still only £1

Just make sure it’s no bigger than a piece of A5 paper (21 x 15cm). Use any materials; balsa, plastic bottles, take-out trays… Make it as personal and distinctive as you like

​

We’ll retrieve all the rafts and make sure the plastic is recycled, as plastic litter in watercourses adds to the terrible pollution of our seas. PLEASE DON’T THROW PLASTIC IN STREAMS OR RIVERS

There is limited parking at the Mill and nearby, so we will have a Shuttle Bus service to and from Coedpoeth

The bus will be running from 11:00 until 4:00​, and will drop passengers off about 100 metres from Nant Mill, to walk down the steepish approach road
